Marie is a native of Paris, France where she grew up around gourmet foods and wines. For generations, traditional French Living has been passed down through her family. Her interest in healthy lifestyle started at a very young age. Being a National Table Tennis Champion, she realized the importance of healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition in order to perform her best.

Marie holds a Culinary Arts Degree, including Food and Beverage Management from Century Business College. She is a licensed Bartender and Wine Connoisseur. She often attends continuing culinary educational programs and obtained many related certifications such as Certified Professional Food Manager, World Pastry Forum Certificate, Wilton School Certified Cake Decorator Level I, II, and III.

Marie pursued her health education by attending various certification courses such as Train The Trainer, Life Coach and NLP, Fitness Nutritionist Coach, and Sports & Fitness Nutritionist Specialist. She also attends, on regular basis, continuing education classes such as those offered by the American Culinary Federation on nutrition and cooking. She is also a Certified Tennis Instructor (USPTR-Dennis Van Den Meer University), Table Tennis Instructor and Coach (USTTA & FFTT), and Soccer Coach (CYSA). As a High School, State, and National level Coach; many athletes in France and United States have benefited from her world competition experiences. During her years of competition and coaching, she also realized how anxiety, stress, and various emotions played an important role in one’s health and performance. Consequently, she learned various relaxation techniques and became a Certified Sports Hypnotist which she utilizes to help her clients visualizing what they want in life, change behaviors, and relief emotional stress.

For years, Marie worked with renowned chefs throughout the culinary industry. She ran successful kitchen restaurants while also involved in staff training. In 2000, she started her own Personal Chef Services and Cooking School. She worked in School cafeteria to understand children diet in America. Collaborating on various projects with doctor, registered dietitian, scientist, nutritionist, and fitness gurus she researched and studied many health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and food allergies. Considering the increase of weight and health issues and, in order to accommodate a growing demand from her clients, she created her own personal healthy recipes. In 2005, she released her own educational program the “Personal Fitness Chef” certification program marketed by Spencer Institute; in order to promote healthy eating and healthy cooking techniques. Due to increase demand, she also created    “A Recipe for Life” CD to help her clients maintaining good eating habits with healthy recipes. In 2006, Marie and Dr. Apostolos Pappas, a world known biochemist and food scientist, released their first book “The Saint-Tropez Diet”. In 2007, Marie released “To Your Health - The Health Benefits of Pairing Food & Wine” CD/DVD. Later that year, she joined Dr. Stuart Fisher and his New York team to work on a unique project “The Park Avenue Diet”. As a consultant, Marie worked with France Organics Co. to develop sales strategies to promote French Organic Products in the United States. Meanwhile and after a year of research, Marie contributed to James Villepigue and Hugo Rivera, The Body Sculpting Bible Express for Women and The Body Sculpting Bible Express for Men. In 2009, she started a new series of cookbooks, Cooking Well, which represents her endless mission to promote Eating and Cooking For Your Health.

As a leader in the health industry, Marie concentrates now on educating people on healthy lifestyle, eating & cooking for health, and finding true happiness. It is her true passion for life that lead her to the health industry and she has find much happiness in helping others. Whenever possible, Marie volunteers her time with youth sports programs. In 2010, she joined Eric Paredes Save A Life mission to promote heart screening through school systems, in order to prevent Sudden Cardiac Arrest, particularly among young athletics and children. She also enjoys giving lectures on her true passions. Marie appeared on television, radio shows, and received excellent reviews from a variety of magazines such as OC Metro, Westways Magazine, Uptown San Diego District Magazine, OC Flair, North Orange County Magazine, New York Post, New York Daily News, Life & Style Magazine, Vogue, Fox News, Women’s Health, or Health News Digest. Marie is the actual IIChef CEO France, a world-organization which mission is to promote international cuisine and healthy eating habits.
